About Mentalwod: Preparing for the CrossFit Games 2012
Mentalwod has asked CrossFit Games athletes to give their opinion on, what is needed to ‘have what it takes’, and how to get there mentally ..
For the next three weeks Mentalwod will focus on how Games athletes deal with the mental aspects – in terms of:
- how to mentally prepare for the games
- how to deal with the unknown
- how to deal with fatigue, negative thoughts and pain
- how to deal with their own and others expectations
Athletes from all over the world have contributed to the blog – look forward to learn from the best!
You will be inspired and motivated on how to start working on the mental aspects of your training, and each week I will comment on the athletes experiences, and sum up some of the advices given – CrossFit Games 2012 , here we go!
