Sarah has been performing her whole life. As a former ballet dancer, linguistic officer, Lawyer and today a Legal Counsel at Maersk Procurement, hardcore CrossFit athlete, wife and mom, Sarah is used to handle pressure, high demands and challenges everyday.

I think she literally has been used to dealing with performances in so many aspects of her life throughout many years, that when you see Sarah perform in CrossFit competition settings, it basically is just another day at the office.

But what I also know, is that Sarah has worked hard to be where she is today. She never sits still. Always wants to improve.

Sarah knows herself very well – she has been working with the mental aspects of performance for years, and is used to challenge herself in many aspects of her life.

Whats very fascinating about Sarah is that she never gets enough – she always seeks for more, and has a desire to improve on all aspects – thats inspiring!

At this years CrossFit Regionals Sarah had two jobs; one was to focus on performing her 100% as an athlete, the other was to lead the Team Butchers Garage as the team captain. All of you who has been competing at a CrossFit competition, knows how hard it is, both physically and mentally. It takes a lot of energy.
To be the team captain at the same time is tuff.

But this is what Sarah do – she deals with challenges, gets through them and keep developing in all aspects of her person. Sarah is a perfect example of the fact that mental training is not for the mentally weak, but for the strong to grow stronger!

Challenge yourself – one way or the other – no matter what comes out of it, you have always learned something.
