My best experience was WOD 5, the snatch ladder –  for the first time  ever, I snatchede over 100 kg!!! A dream come true scenario :0)

In terms of the mental aspects I found most challenging, the fact that I wasnt able to help the team in the wod’s I wasn’t in… I dealt with this by just hoping for the best and enjoying the scene of the battleground. So many fantastic people/friends were fighting there hearts out…

The most important mental skills to me is a good training periode up to the competion – without sickness and stress… It is also about being realistic – and have the nerve not to be stressed by other teams when they perform well…

I believe that these skills can be trained to a certent point – but from there on you either have it or you don’t…

My best advice for all the CrossFitters out there is:  Have fun doing it – and make new friends :0)

Thanks to Anders for sharing his mental aspects!
