Visualization is one of the greatest tools of Mental training – because it is something anyone can do everywhere! And it works!
Try it out prior to your next performance; a competition, an exam, a job interview, a presentation at school, or even a conversation with you mom, girlfriend, husband .. Start practicing how you can use visualization to prepare your brain for what is going to be said and done – the more prepared, the better emotional control, the better behavior – the better performance!
We already know that it is all interconnected! Thoughts- feelings -body – behavior – so why not learn to control it by visualizing?
