You feel frustrated and you are thinking ‘what if I can’t do it – what if my brain blocks‘ and so on .. You have stomach ache, sweats a lot and goes to the toilet over and over again ..
Or another example – have you ever had a bad dream? Weaking up all sweaty with a heart racing to jump out of your body? A great example of how your mind is able to influence your bodys reaction, even though all you were doing was sleeping.
The connection between body and mind is so strong, that if you want to become a top level athlete it is absolutely necessary to train both the mind and body for peak performance!
We talk about it all the time – 90% of sport is the mental game – well, it may be common knowledge, but it is not always common practice.
Have you ever fatigued mentally before you did physically? Most athletes experience that, simply because they dont train their mind to be in as good a shape as their body. When you are competing, you fight for every inch, which often means that you put your body through a lot of pain to secure a win. You are under a severe pressure of stress and anxiety to perform well, which is important to learn how to deal with.
There is no reason to let your mental game be one of those things that are left to chance. You have the power and control to be as mentally tough as you are physically!!

Specialized individual sessions
Janne is specialized in in-person mental training. She can help you prepare mentally for any kind of performance, whether you experience blackouts, external pressure, high levels of anxiety or the mental rehabilitation after injuries.
Janne ‘s office is situated in Copenhagen.
Even though in-person mental training sessions are preferred, phone consultations (including international calls via Skype) with Janne are available for those who live out of the area or are unable to make it to Copenhagen. The first session is always free of charge, and will be focused on how Janne is able to help you. The sessions is set to 1 hour.
